A member of SAA, Royal Tunbridge Wells Art Society and The British Art Club.  I have exhibited at Urban Art Brixton for several years and more recently in the RTWAS Exhibitions and had my first solo exhibition at The Spa Gallery.

I organise a weekly live portrait group every Wednesday afternoon (always looking for more sitters with interesting faces), as well as being back up for a watercolour class every other Monday afternoon.  Last year I started a Wednesday evening class, this is specifically on watercolour portraits which is now oversubscribed.  Watch this space for the announcement of another evening class starting at the end of the spring.

My portraits sell around the world from Africa to the USA and between, I pride myself on gaining a relationship with the client in order to best fulfil their needs.  I can work from Photographs but it is great to be able to meet my subject as that way you can add more character to a portrait, I am also happy to paint from life but that can be quite onerous for the sitter.

Springtime is entry time. I am busy organising my entries for the various opportunities that spring up at this time.  Ever hopeful that I might get a foot in the door at one of the major exhibitions in London.

Commissions will reopen in a few weeks time but at present life is just too busy
